I like where you’re going but it’s incredibly naive to believe ridding them of their capacity can be done without a multi year comprehensive commitment. And yes that means boots on the ground.

The only lie is we’re waiting for Iran to come back to the negotiating table. There’s nothing to negotiate. We need to play the long game. Cripple them financially and weaken them as much as you can to spark civil unrest. When they eventually have a civil war support a coup. If they attack us by proxy or otherwise, hit them 10x harder. Iran is in a no win situation, unless one of the democrats win and appeasement is back.
