I've already said this from the beginning, we have Ethics guidelines for a reason, and they should be followed. Just for the appearance of possible impropriety, Hunter should not have taken the job.

Nor should Trump have hired his son in law and daughter to work in the Whitehouse, for the appearance of impropriety or nepotism.

Because Nancy or someone else said that she will forward the Articles to the senate in early January.
If she does, then we're back on track constitutionally.
If she doesn't forward them, then we're in "no man's land" constitutionally, which Mitch can correct with a new Senate Rule.
