Impeaching Trump for obstructing a non-crime: Civil War

Will Impeaching Trump for obstructing a non-crime trigger a Civil War?

Obstruction of the the investigation into Russia interfering with our election.

You're right, Trump wasn't involved with the crime that Mueller was investigating. So, why was he trying so hard to interfere with it?

If you had your life put under a microscope and everyone you've ever been associated with under threat of prison for a crime you didn't commit, you'd probably complain about it in private too.

Not just that. Utter financial ruin which is worse then prison really. Think of it like this, if a woman came out and accused you of rape, and it was plastered the next day on every wall where you work, where your kids go to school, the neighborhood where you live, and the very next day the accuser came out and said “never mind” what would be the chances you and your families would ever be able to live and work there ever again? It’s not that they just went after the president, they punished everyone around him by insuring they never work again and destroying them financially with the cost of lawyers. This was criminal what they did to these people and it should not be cool with anyone.

While the Trumpbots remain in denial:

It's time for the gang of eight + Pence to tell Trump that it's time to resign.

Pence can guarantee him a pardon for all crimes.

It's the best for Trump and for the country.

Do it Dems.

I have no doubt that impeaching Trump for "obstruction" of a crime he did not commit would start a VERY HOT Civil War.

I'm looking forward to it.

Nothing but blood, prison and public executions of the losing side is going to settle this conflict. You've made that clear by doubling down on the Mueller Report.

Read the report son. This isn't a "non crime".

No collusion.

Goodbye.

I read all of Volume I.

Volume II had no citations of law or statues, just opinion.

If you had actually read it you wouldn't have said "no collusion"

Let us guess you read the report with your libtard secret decoder ring that you got from your tranny butt plug box?

.

Yeah that's it.

Do you practice being a retard or does it come naturally to.you?

and yet you're still moving forward to impeach him.

Damn those pesky obstruction of justice findings huh. :)

Like collusion, "coordination" does not have a settled definition in federal criminal law. We understood coordination to require an agreement-tacit or express- between the Trump Campaign and the Russian government on election interference. That requires more than the two parties taking actions that were informed by or responsive to the other's actions or interests. We applied the term coordination in that sense when stating in the report that the investigation did not establish that the Trump Campaign coordinated with the Russian government in its election interference activities.

Because the collusion didn’t rise to the level of conspiracy or coordination, doesn’t negate there was no collusion going on. Those Trump advisors who lied about their contacts with the Russians aren’t going to jail for nothing.

"Manafort also twice met Kilimnik in the United States during the campaign period and conveyed campaign information. The second meeting took place on August 2, 2016, in New York City. Kilimnik requested the meeting to deliver in person a message from former Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych, who was then living in Russia. The message was about a peace plan for Ukraine that Manafort has since acknowledged was a “backdoor” means for Russia to control eastern Ukraine. Several months later, after the presidential election, Kilimnik wrote an email to Manafort expressing the view — which Manafort later said he shared — that the plan’s success would require U.S. support to succeed: “all that is required to start the process is a very minor ‘wink’ (or slight push) from [Donald Trump]."840 The email also stated that if Manafort were designated as the U.S. representative and started the process, Yanukovych would ensure his reception in Russia “at the very top level.”

Collusion or not? :)

"Because we determined not to make a traditional prosecutorial judgment, we did not draw ultimate conclusions about the President’s conduct. The evidence we obtained about the President’s actions and intent presents difficult issues that would need to be resolved if we were making a traditional prosecutorial judgment. At the same time, if we had confidence after a thorough investigation of the facts that the President clearly did not commit obstruction of justice, we would so state1. Based on the facts and the applicable legal standards, we are unable to reach that judgment. Accordingly, while this report does not conclude that the President committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him.

Damn those
pesky obstruction findings. Theyre driving Trump and his Trumpies crazy..... shouting there was no collusion and he was completely exonerated and such, wanting to have a civil war, public executions such that it seems Trumpies are going all North Korea on the rule of law and democrats!

It is a sight.

...You're good at imagining things.
Indeed I am... especially when the things I "imagine" are actually accomplished Realities, as is the case here. :21:

Start imaging your fellow Oathkeeper veterans hanging you personally for treason for supporting the socialists in a Civil War, instead of the Constitutionalists.

They will make particular examples of your kind.
Bring it, pi$$ant... but you won't... because you can't... America in-the-whole would stand soundly against you... punk.

When you wake up, come back and visit sometime, kid.
You're the ones in denial, believe me from an objective perspective. You-- Dems and 80% of the media have completely lost your fucking minds. What's best for this country is for you to snap the fuck out of this sleepwalking trance and stop lying.

Trumpbots. Coming from a braindead Hillary bot, the ultimate compliment.

Tag... you're "It" ...lightweight.

The closest thing to a civil war that any of the tough talkers here will come to is arguing on this message board.
They ARE pretty damned hilarious though, aren't they? Sometimes, like this, Crazy is also funny-as-hell... :21:

I know who the enemy is Huckleberry, and they're not foreigners or liberals and progressives. Now go back to Rush Limbaugh and leave the adult conversation for the big kids to deal with.

Negative. Trump is on his way to a landslide 2020 win. The Mueller Report has confirmed Trump is in the clear. And, based on Comey's statements on the Clinton e-mail case, no reasonable prosecutor would take on a case like this anyway. Raise your glass for a toast. We have a great President on his way to reelection. And, you can rest easy and sleep well! No Collusion. No Conspiracy. No Obstruction. And, of course, No Impeachment. It is time for us to all get behind our President!

How is what Manafort did worse than Obama whispering Russian President Dmitri Medvedev that he'd have more flexibility to negotiate with Russia after the election?

It's no different except that one was actually President and one was just a campaign official.

Volume 2 does not contain factual information, as the report itself says. Volume 2 is opinion and conjecture.

The report on our investigation consists of two volumes: Volume I describes the factual results of the Special Counsel's investigation of Russia's interference in the 2016 presidential election and its interactions with the Trump Campaign. Section I describes the scope of the investigation. Sections II and III describe the principal ways Russia interfered in the 2016 presidential election.

"Washington state Rep. Matt Shea (R) “took part in private discussions with rightwing figures about carrying out surveillance, ‘psyops’ and even violent attacks on perceived political enemies,” according to chat records obtained by the Guardian.

Shea “did not demur from any of these suggestions. He also appeared willing to participate directly in surveillance of activists.”

“The men talked about the broad outlines of what they appeared to consider to be a looming civil war. They also discussed using symbols from what they understood to be Russian anti-communist groups as a way of spreading paranoia among their adversaries.”

GOP Lawmaker Discussed Violent Attacks

Jesus it’s spreading. lol:)

It's no different except that one was actually President and one was just a campaign official.

It's not illegal to talk to Russians. And what he quoted form the Mueller report had nothing to do with election interference.

Worlds leaders and emissaries and ambassadors from all the around world contact both nominees in the immediate months prior to the election.

I have a unique perspective on the determination annd hardiness of Americans. It is an annual cycle out here.
I live in the midddle of nowhere. This area is touted on prepper websites, back to the land websites, mother earth news type websites.. point is most land out here is sold online, sight unnseen. Land is cheap, because this is hard. country to live in.
Each spring a new crop of buyers shows up, occupying the land they bought online.

In the past 6 years, 2 people(one a fammily of native alaskans) have remained, 26 people gavve up. 21 stayed 6 months, 5 left before six mmonths.

Americans, especiallly from cities, just do not have what it would take to fight a civil war.

You really going to argue Muellers findings on Trumps obstruction of justice is..... conjecture?

Yes, it's what the Mueller Report itself says, as was quoted to you.
