It shows exactly the opposite. Thre is no such thing as a VERTICAL line in vote count charts. All line are always diagonal moving upward from left to right, as votes come in.
Having LARGE vertical lines like this, indicated one thing >> fabricated "votes", in large amounts for the candidate that this lines are for > Biden. AKA DUMPS.
