They lied about bengazi from the start. If they didn't try to cover up their incompetence, we wouldn't be discussing this right now.

That was Conservatives started claiming.

Almost immediately.

Which is why so much of the time was focused on what was said in Press Conferences- and so much less time spent on the actual attack in Benghazi.

I knew from the start it was a terrorist attack, and not a protest started because of a video. If they came out and said unfortunately it was a terrorist attack, nothing else would've been said. But obama had to cover up his lie about wiping out al-Qaida.

Yeah- the Republicans were desperate from the start to label the Benghazi attack all about Obama lying- oh and yes by the way- he was also to blame for the Americans dying!

Again- compare and contrast with Lebanon.

The story in Beirut wasn’t over. In September of 1984, for the third time in eighteen months, jihadists bombed a U.S. government outpost in Beirut yet again. President Reagan acknowledged that the new security precautions that had been advocated by Congress hadn’t yet been implemented at the U.S. embassy annex that had been hit. The problem, the President admitted, was that the repairs hadn’t quite been completed on time. As he put it, “Anyone who’s ever had their kitchen done over knows that it never gets done as soon as you wish it would.” Imagine how Congressman Issa and Fox News would react to a similar explanation from President Obama today.

No, actually I just wanted to be told the truth, but that wasn't what Obama wanted to do. Instead he lied to cover another lie. If he told the truth and tried to bring america together none of this would've happened and lying about it divided us more. Seems to be exactly what he intends to do.

Clinton stated to her daughter that it was "an Al-Qaeda-like" group that attacked the consulate......Now, stretch your brain capacity a bit.......what makes you "conclude" that an Al-Qaeda-like group would NOT be reacting to the video?

It isn't like that rioters show their membership cards before rioting......So what did we have as far as info during those terrible hours:

1.Groups of angry Muslim in Egypt were rioting because of the video.

2. A group of rioters (al-Qaeda-like or otherwise) rioted in Benghazi

3. The conclusion drawn, at first, is that the group in Benghazi was ALSO rioting over the video.

The term"terrorism" that YOU use was only later confirmed by the administration....The stimuli for rioting and killing makes little difference, whether it is over a video or simply because they're bastards out for blood.
