I believe direct election of our State delegation to our federal Congress is a bad idea.

It makes little sense to have both the House and the Senate elected in the same way. Might as well merge them into one body. The original way was to have state congresses appoint the federal senators from that state. Made a lot of sense and i don't know why it was changed.

A Persons of wealth may have influenced a State legislature more egregiously than necessary?
