Male or female?

What do Khelif's birth certificate and any valid ID say? That she is a woman? Then she is a woman. She is legally a woman, and you can do nothing with that, no matter all that rhetoric about chromosomes, DNA testing and all that stuff.

What if she really has XY chromosomes? Then she is an intersex person, and really may have a 'natural' advantage over her female competitors. But here, we should understand that Khelif may well be not the only one intersex person taking or having taken part in the Olympic games.

There should be rules concerning such people and their competition in major sport events (the Olympics, world and continental championships etc). An internationally recognized body to do the testing; proper and clear procedures and possible appeals.

And of course, the result of such testing should be applied only for sport competitions, and can't be used as a pretext to legally change the person's way of living.
The insistence on erring in favor of this person in doubt as opposed to one in whom there is none makes this case so bizarre. What is the agenda that would distort things so? Why would there be such a rush to protect this exception and repress absolutely certain females?

so being born a female is not being certain you are female cause you aren't girly enough?

The genetic situation of this person is not as clear as you present it. No test has indicated an absence of y chromosomes, while at least one test was positive. The person may well be part of a very rare group where usual gender characteristics are not clear. The fundamental issue is that there is a doubt yet the unquestioned female was physically beaten and then psychologically abused by the press and certain agenda promoters.

Don't care one way or another. Ladies' boxing is an outrage, ladies punching each other in the face is only slightly less objectionable than dudes doing it.

The only combat sport I approve of for the ladies in pro wrestling, with tactics like hair pulling, butt slapping and tearing off each other's clothes.

Totally agree with the first sentence.

No test was given that is a lie. The organization never said why they found against her and still haven't.

Don't get your questions. Khelif is legally a woman who took part in numerous women's boxing tournaments for years, including the Olympics in Tokyo. For me, she is a woman athlete until proven otherwise.

But even if it is found out she has XY chromosomes, and she chooses to preserve her way of living and identity, she is still a woman for me. Though, I agree that intersex people should have limitations in women's sports.
