I don't agree with murdering babies just for being the product of rape or incest. There is no moral justification for killing an innocent child for a crime in which he had no willing part, even if his existence is the result of that crime.

However, the situation described in the OP is one of those extreme, rare circumstances under which I find abortion to be justifiable. In that case, there was no realistic chance that the child would have survived anyway, and allowing his life to progress to the very limited point that it would surely have ended, would very likely have killed or seriously harmed his mother. As tragic as it is, it is better to lose one life than two.
