Is there a Scientific Theory to explain Climate Change?

Climate change has been going on since the earth was created. The only time the climate was stable for a long period was during the "Boring Billion" when for a billion years not much changed.

Climate change has been responsible for several mass extinctions and the demise of 99% of the species that ever lived on earth. It will probably be the demise of humans.

Based on archeological finds that already happened at least once maybe twice

Archaeology is the study of human history and prehistory. The last mass extinction was the asteroid collision that wiped out the dinosaurs 65.5 million years ago.

Where are all the people?

Global Warming had a CO2/Hockey Stick argument to support its proposition, but its successor, Climate Change, doesn't seem to have any scientific argument to explain a cause/effect relationship. Instead, it has devolved into a constantly changing series of social/political theories which do not even purport to be connected to physical weather events. Is there any scientific theory to explain why current Climate Change is different from past Climate Change?

There is a difference, there always is a difference between the different peaks in rising temperatures, so many different factors come together, and human influence MAY play a part, certainly the increasing CO2 will play an influence (it might actually be keeping temperatures down, or it might not).
However I doubt anyone is going to answer your question, I've read a few replies and they really look like they didn't understand what you'd even asked.

they have no idea how a hurricane starts or they could replicate it to figure out how to stop it. you're just one of those smart stupid people.
They know exactly how a hurricane starts. No they can't replicate a hurricane just like you cannot be born but once. Just because they cannot replicate JC456 does not mean that they can replicate a smarter one.

Oh don't get me wrong, I know that smart stupid demofks believe that because they were told to, but science doesn't`. Never has.

Republicans in denial is so funny.

It has to do with proving humans can cause a chage in the climate. You know, real science.

How will they control it? How much CO2 contributes?
