Well, 148 is not a huge number, but if a list were made of the groups that sent zero people to help....hmmm.... I wonder which groups or nations would be on that list?

Same was true in Haiti when Israeli's saved the life of a pregnant woman who would have died trapped in the rubble if not for Israel.
