Israel MUST stop recieving all USA funds

In order to exercise sovereignty, you first have to have something (territory in this case) to be sovereign over. No one anywhere has to give up territorial control based solely on the claim: Right to Sovereignty.
Occupations do not acquire sovereignty.

You keep confusing military control/occupation with sovereignty.

It is inadmissible to acquire territory through the threat or use of force.
If it is “inadmissible” to acquire territory through the threat or use of force, we can agree the Hamas Charter is “inadmissible”. Or, do you make an exception for Islamic terrorists?
Hamas only operates inside its own borders.
Except when they infiltrate Israeli borders.

What borders do the Hamas terrorists maintain?
The ones they work within.
The ones that don’t exist.
The Palestinians don't exist either so it is a good match.
Remarkable how quickly your arguments are reduced to so much noise.

RoccoR says-- the Israelis had not taken any territory that was sovereign to the Arab Palestinians. In 1948, the Israelis only assume sovereignty over the associated UN Trustee Territory.

WRONG, the term “settlements” means areas outside the true borders of a country. In this case it is LAND THEFT!!!!

As of 30 January 2020, there are about 130 government-approved settlements,
and 100 unofficial ones, which are home to around 400,000 Israelis in the West Bank, with an additional 200,000 Israelis residing in 12 neighborhoods in East Jerusalem.

RoccoR says-- The conflict was between Israel and the aggressor Arab League Coalition. The ensuing Armistice Arrangements between Israel and the four principle Arab League nations that "occupied" the remainder of the Trustee Territory; which included the Gaza Strip, Jerusalem, and the West Bank.

Those Armistice arrangements included fishing rights for the Palestinians that the Israelis broke. Israel mandated that the Palestinians could not fish within 15 nautical miles from shore. This prohibited most Palestinian fisherman from fishing at all due to the fuel costs to cover that distance. (The Zionists believe if you cannot feed yourselves you will die)

Every nation has a responsibility to protect its citizens and sovereign territory to the extent possible. So I will ask again, which one of the Permanent Members to the Security Council would not respond to a barrage of 4000 rockets?

The rocket attacks are nothing more than self-defense. The Zionists:---

[2] Bulldoze Palestinian villages.

RE: Israel MUST stop receiving all USA funding
SUBTOPIC: Refugees 'vs' Descendants of Refugees
⁜→ et al,

IF there are still such a thing as "Palestinian Refugees" THEN they must be older than I am.

The Palestinian Right of Return (RoR) is generally based on:

◈ Paragraph 11 • General Assembly Resolution A/RES/194 (III) 11 December 1948, which: "Resolves that the refugees wishing to return to their homes and live at peace with their neighbours should be permitted to do so at the earliest practicable date."
◈ Paragraph 2 • General Assembly Resolution A/RES/3236 (XXIX) 22 November 1974, which: Reaffirms also the inalienable right of the Palestinians to return to their homes and property from which they have been displaced and uprooted, and calls for their return."
◈ Article 12(4) • International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights 16 December 1966, which states: "No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of the right to enter his own country."

Now none of these is really an International Order or International Law. But even if they were, there are two basic problems which present themselves.

◈ (NON-RETROACTIVITY RATIONE PERSONAE) Article 24 • Rome Statures • International Criminal Court:
You cannot charge and prosecute any event for a violation of law if the law did not exist at the time of the event.
You cannot charge and prosecute any event that happened outside the jurisdiction of the court.
◈ (Return to their Homes and Property from which they have been Displaced and Uprooted 'vs' Return to their Homes and Live at Peace)
Descendants which never had an established residence or home at the time of the event cannot claim a home or property which they never had.
Ambiguous Meaning:
One Resolution stipulates homes and property from which they were "displaced and uprooted."
One Resolution stipulates merely to Return to their "Homes and Live at Peace."

In an official communique (6 February 1948) to the UN Secretary-General by Mr. Isa Nakhleh, Representative of the Arab Higher Committee formally stated that "the Arabs of Palestine cannot recognize the Balfour Declaration, the Mandate of Palestine or any situation arising or derived therefrom." Additionally it was made very clear that the Arab Palestinians intended to "drenching the soil of our beloved country with the last drop of our blood in the lawful defense of all and every inch of it.” And the Arab Palestinians reaffirmed this position several times since then in various from by station Jihad is the only solution and armed struggle is the correct means to force their demands to be accepted. (Palestine from the River to the Sea.) The Arabs of Palestine consider the "creation of any Jewish state in an Arab territory is more than invasion or aggression, it is something with no precedent in history. It is en act of wiping out the existence of an Arab country, violating its integrity, subjecting its land and people to foreign Jewish domination.“

WHAT does this mean?
(RHETORICAL) It means that The Arabs of Palestine have NO intention of living in peace.

The Israeli position may be interpreted
(by a layman like myself) as implying the Arab Palestinians have NO right to engage in any activity or perform any act aimed at the destruction of the Jewish National, The State of Israel, or the rights, safety, and freedoms recognized by Israeli Citizens. Based on the past history of criminal and terrorist behaviors there is no reason to assume that the Arab Palestinians will accept a form of peace that does not include the dismantlement of the State of Israel and any aspect of a Jewish National Home.

They lived in peace for 2500 years.
Samartians that were put here by Sargon 2 in a colonialist action? Yes.

Until the Arabs came in 637 - slayed 99.998% of them.

The Arabs have no history here - and they should go.

The Samartians have converted in the biblical times. And I assure you, as an Israeli who have friendship connection with the actuall Samartians - they are not the "palestinians".
They kept their converted Jewish-like cult - which made them be persecuted badly EVER SINCE the ARABS invaded and colonized Judeah and the Levant in about 636AD

Once upon a time - The land of Israel was full of the Samartian converted to Judaism - the Samartians. They were over a 1.2 million people in Judeah of the 4th century AD.

Since the 7th century - their number shrank year by year. in 636 victory of the muslims in the Yarmuk battle - thousands of Samartians fled all over the country from fear of the Arabic invaders. In the 9th century - Arabic Muslim invaders have destroyed, burnt and looted hundreds of Jewish and Samartians synaguages.

in the 14th century - the Muslims have turned dozens of Samartian synaguages into mosques - violently

At 1500 AD - Out of 1.2million Samartians [400ad ] remained only 500 PEOPLE.

In 1625 the Samartians in Schem have called to all Samartian communties in the region that have not yet been murdered - to come to thier settlement. [ The Arab invaders all over the Levant have been murdering the Samartians all along the years of Arab colonization of the levant ]

in 1837AD - only 200 samartians have survived the persecution.

In 1841AD rulled over Israel Ibrahim pacha who wished to kill all the Samartians - for being not Jews, not christians and not muslims. They were only saved due to the fact that the Grand Rabbi Rabbi Chaim Abraham gagin sent them a certification that they are part of the Jewish people [ to save them ]
( In 17th century- most of the Samartians in Syria were murdered )

In 1901 - only 151 Samartians survived.

There you go - 1300 years of Arabic Muslim invasion and colonization.

1,200,000 Samartians - to 151. Decrease of 99.998%

[ I don't have to say even, that in 70 years of Jewish the number of Samartians rised to over 800. which means - about 530% increase. ]
There is a Samaritan community living in the West Bank city of Nablus. They live with their Palestinian neighbors without incident.

BLUF: At the end of the day, we eventually must get down to brass tacks and come up with a Chinese menu of adjustable solutions.

(PREFACE)

.When we talk about the violence of Violent and Hostile Arab Palestine - we are, in effect, talking about Fatah and Hamas (two dominant and most prominent) factions within the Arab Palestinian culture.

❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖

Hamas (sometimes translated to Islamic Resistance Movement) is an openly active Islamist organization. Islamic traditions in pursuit of a sociopolitical objective. The principle political objective is the istablishment of a charitable endowment to the Muslim under Islamic law. Hamas considered the establishment of a Jewish State in Arab territory was an act of aggression and subject to a defense by the armed Arab Palestinian.

Fatah
(Palestinian National Liberation Movement) is a quasi-secular organization using armed struggle against dismantlement of the western style State of Israel (since 1965) and the dismantlement of the Jewish National Home in traditional Arabic territory. Arabs of Palestine will not recognize the Balfour Declaration, the decissions of the Allied Powers at San Remo, the Mandate of Palestine, or any derived therefrom.

Collectively, the two factions and associated satillies, are considered the bulk of the Hostile Arab Palestions (HoAP).
❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖

(COMMENT)

While there is some compromise to be had on the use of the Green Line (the Armistice Lines no longer in force with the establishment of a treaty) (AKA: the 4 June 1967 boundaries before the Six-Day War) the enomous amount of time it is taking for the HoAP to make a good faith effort in a negotiated solution and resolving disputes, there is much less room for compromise (especially as it concerns Jerusalem).

It is rediculous to quibble over the casuality count → we killed so many of their children and they killed so many of our children
(as is so many times playedout in the media). There is no solution to be had in that exchange rate. It is totally irrelevant to a workable solution. Time is not on the side of the HoAP. As time moves on, the ground truth changes in favor of the Israel.

I'll need a youtube video.
They are neighbors not colonial settlers.

And you are mentally ill.

Because every other nation keeps them out.

That's untrue. Palestinians live all over the ME and South America.

Just lookup the locations of the Palestinian refugees camps since 1948 for starters.. Many, many Palestinians worked in KSA in the 1950-1960s.

Israeli settlement - Wikipedia

Israel has pressed forward on plans for more than 3,000 West Bank settlement homes, making 2020 one of the most prolific years for illegal settlement building, according to a watchdog group.
Part of a building boom that has gained steam during the presidency of United States President Donald Trump, a staunch ally of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

[1] murder Palestinian children.
[2] Bulldoze Palestinian villages.
[3] Cut off fishing rights.
[4] Cut off water rights.
[5] Assassinates Palestinian children
[6] Steal land
[7] Lie, then Lie some more.
