Liberalism in a nutshell
So a criminal breaks the law, then claims it is a bad law, and you think that is "Liberalism in a nutshell"?
I haven't seen any liberals pushing to remove this law. The guy is trying to cover his ass, nothing more.
Agreed 100%. Well almost, getting the disease isn't a death sentence anymore, but either way knowingly exposing someone should be a crime IMO.If the partners already knew he had Aids, and had sex with him anyway...he shouldn't be in any trouble for it, they did it to themselves. If someone deliberately exposes you to the possibility of being infected with Aids/HIV, because they kept it a secret, that should be considered attempted murder & if you actually end up having the disease..1st degree homicide.
But which liberals here believe that? The point of a message board is to discuss topics, yet like many who lack confidence in their intellectual depth you rarely address an opinion anyone here holds, you take the safe route and just attack some strawman caricature of an opposing ideology. You might want to actually read about this topic because you are totally wrong. Liberals in several states are trying to decriminalize it and at the un level
