'Its Not YOUR Decision If I 'NEED' An AR-15'. Washibgton Gov Signs Constitution-Violating Bill Into Law

You’re right. It was pretty stupid suggesting a $200 stamp tax on machine guns stopped all the deaths created by them. It was pretty hilarious. It was the registration and licensing needed to transfer them. Does it every time
Tell us, einstein, what would that $200 equal today?

If you Democrats are so gung-ho about gun law rnforcement, why hasn't Hunter Biden been indicted / arrested / charged YET with intentionally lying on an application to het a firearm license?
Simple. High level Democrats like Joe Biden are totally above the rule of law and the same goes for their family members.

That helps explain why the our government in Washington D.C. is called “The Swamp.”

What a dufus. This is the real reason why machine guns aren’t used much in crimes or have very few gun deaths..
Read carefully…..
Possession of a single unregistered machine gun or a firearm without a serial number can be punishable by up to 10 years in prison and a fine of$250,000.”
Even if you hand a legally owned one over to an unlicensed person you can be subject to the same penalties.

And you bring up the $200 stamp tax….that’s
bogus Idiocy.

Exactly.
Considering it’s still $200 today according to their posts, it seems pretty irrelevant. They’re just trying to go down the bogus rabbit hole.
They have so many...

Have they explained what BATF had to do with the design and development of the AR-15, other than certifying that the modified version is not a "machine gun"?

That's easy. The BATF/ATF ensure the weapon in question was designed "not to be a machinegun" and follows the regulation that govern them as well as the law.

Consider yourself answered. AGAIN. and AGAIN. and Again.

You getting your ass handed to you on this thread as well, Askholio?
Hello Huey. Rock here. I noticed that you haven't been around the other place much. Don't blame you. Is this BV you're replying to here? That sounds like a name you used to call him.

Didn’t the post say It’s still $200 ?
So tell us non math person, wtf does your question have to do with it ?

It did indeed

Considering that $200 would be equal to $4301 today, it has a lot to do with it.

People in those days didn't have the income to pay that kind of money for a license.

If you weren't a complete moron, you'd understand that.

Wow, you just looked up something that was totally irrelevant and a waste of time, considering that it’s still $200 today.
But wait.

Have they explained what BATF had to do with the design and development of the AR-15, other than certifying that the modified version is not a "machine gun"?

This must be read to be believed.

And now, the Showboating.

Consider yourself answered. AGAIN. and AGAIN. and Again.

Why are people this stupid allowed to own weaponry of ANY kind?

In 1935 it wasn’t stupid. I’ll have to find my post because you obviously didn’t understand it the first time.
