Jim Acosta's Boorishness Not Protected by First Amendment

The world has changed. you have grandstanders much more than you did before. He’s just a grandstander. He’s just an average guy who’s a grandstander. And he’s got the guts to stand up and shout.

CNN has lost a tremendous amount of credibility and Jim Acosta’s just somebody that gets up and grandstands. He doesn’t even know what he’s asking half of the time.

Jim Acosta’s Boorishness Not Protected by First Amendment | Flopping Aces
If you wanted a constitutional crisis, folks, federal judge Timothy Kelly has given us one with the issuance of a temporary restraining order requiring the Trump White House to reinstate CNN’s petulant Jim Acosta’s press pass giving him access to the building in which President Trump resides and leads the Free World.
Revoking Jim Acosta’s press pass did not threaten the First Amendment rights of either CNN or Jim Acosta. CNN is free to broadcast what it wants and report on anything it wants and Acosta is free to do the same. The funny thing about freedom of speech and freedom of the press is that while both freedoms are constitutionally guaranteed, the Constitution does not guarantee a right to a particular forum. There is no more right for Jim Acosta to have White House credentials than there is to have White House press conferences at all [https://www.cnn.com/2018/11/16/media...ng/index.html]
In court on Wednesday, Justice Department lawyer James Burnham argued[] that the Trump White House has the legal right to kick out any reporter at any time for any reason -- a position that is a dramatic break from decades of tradition. https://www.cnn.com/2018/11/14/media...ing/index.html... While responding to a hypothetical from Kelly, Burnham said that it would be perfectly legal for the White House to revoke a journalist's press pass if it didn't agree with their reporting. "As a matter of law... yes," he said.... "if the President were to have the absolute discretion to strip a correspondent of a hard pass, the chilling effect would be severe and the First Amendment protections afforded journalists to gather and report news on the activities on the President would be largely eviscerated.".... No they wouldn’t, even if Acosta/CNN defenders are treating this kerfuffle as if it happened at the Saudi consulate in Turkey. Acosta is in no danger of being dismembered. White House press conferences and press briefings may elicit and occasional newsworthy quote but have morphed from information gathering sessions to forums where reporters grandstand to advance their careers as they debate rather than inquire and engage in character assassination masquerading as legitimate inquiry. The President has every right to restrict access to the White House where the press conferences are held just as he has the choice whether to have them at all: [https://www.dailywire.com/news/38363...t-joseph-curl]

Acosta is a low life . If the White House HAS to tolerate Acosta, couldn’t he be shipped to the Saudi embassy in Ankara? They owe us a few… It's pretty sickening that FNC news sided with CNN! Just because you call yourself a "journalist" does not mean you are one. the fact that they blindly side with CNN because "journalism" is ridiculous! especially when the object (Acosta) proves himself anything but a journalist.
The truth is, as I see it, there has not been a president more available and open to the press than Donald Trump.
Journalism is supposed to be objective, honest, morally professional and the principal arm of the news gathering, unfortunately today nothing of that exists. The media spewing fake news and flat out lies supported by insults, name calling and threats of violence against anyone who disagrees with them or the Democrats has all but destroyed the liberal media.
There was nothing “boorish” about Acosta.

Now your orange piece of garbage on the other hand
The man is as rude as you are willfully ignorant

" cable television was supposed to be a dying medium. And because of me it’s now hotter than it’s ever been. But someday I won’t be here and it will die like you’ve never seen. And so will The New York Times — will die — and every one of them will just be dead." - President Trump
