Rickards has an interesting speculation on the upcoming replacement for Biden. Harris will run as president and Barack Obama as VP. Does not violate the law with Obama running for VP. Does not violate the law if he takes over for Harris. Harris resigns after 6 months or a year and Obama gets put in as pres.

He didn't say that is the ticket...he just said it could be a possible ticket.
