The current prosecutors on Flynn’s case are trying to get him off the hook. They’ve submitted notes from Strzok to help their case but someone added an incorrect date as to when the notes were taken in an effort to portray Strzok as “out to get Flynn”.

But the date was never party of Strzok’s notes, it was added later. This could be considered altering evidence. The DoJ said in court that Strzok confirmed the accuracy of the notes. Strzok never did so. That could be considered lying to the courts.

I don't think he is doing anything illegal, yet. Trump is forbidding any security department interviews and stuff like that that occurs for a transition. Biden can pretend all he wants.
