Even Conservative courts and SCOTUS are showing a reluctance to repeal

If Republicans force a decision now, it will only be harder later once the court affirms it

The Republicans can't "force a decision" on Roe. The Dems are the only ones who can do that, by suing Alabama and Missouri and forcing it through the courts. IMHO, if the D's push this, the Supreme Court could easily reverse Roe and outlaw all abortion coast to coast. And it would be the D's fault.

By passing these new laws they are forcing the issue by ignoring Roe v Wade

All indications are that the courts are not willing to reverse Roe v Wade

There's only three ways to reverse it:

1. Congress specifically writes a law governing abortion which they have no Constitutional authority to do.

2. SCOTUS reverses itself and that reversal is regarded as law.

3. Stop giving the courts authority to change or write any law and state that only Congress can make laws that affect the people of the land. Which is what the Constitution specifies.

The FEAR of the abortion industrial complex is that a case such as the challenge to Georgia will cause a more law abiding court to vacate the patently illegal Roe ruling. I don't think Kavanaugh has the moral fortitude. We know that Roberts will stand with abortion. If Ginsburg kicks the bucket that could make it a draw, IF Kavanuagh supports the Constitution. Roberts and the other liberals against the 4 conservatives.
