Not a smidgen of corruption....
All the Judge did was order Lerner to submit a sworn affidavit of how she lost the e-mails.
This administration has perfected the art of testifying while telling lies.
Submitting affidavits full of lies is a piece of cake for them.
Having worked thousands of cases where a Judge ordered someone, especially someone in government, to do something one has to always take the Bird in Hand philosophy.
Until something is in hand there is nothing.
However, good to see someone demanding some accountability out of this regime.

And perjury is a crime. If she wants more trouble, she'll go ahead and lie to a Federal Judge.

I'm waiting to see what the judge in the True the Vote case does. The loss of these emails affects that case directly, and the irs had been ordered to preserve evidence before the email backup was written over. I believe tomorrow is a hearing on that case. Should be interesting.

Perjury is rarely ever prosecuted and when it is not a serious case.
Unfortunate but all she will has to do it appears is just submit an affidavit of "I lost them".
I do not like it but this happens all the time.
And they may appeal it so this ain't over.
And without the e-mails how will the Judge know she is telling a lie?
Hope the judge doesn't. Heard anything about him/her?Having worked thousands of cases where a Judge ordered someone, especially someone in government, to do something one has to always take the Bird in Hand philosophy.

Cleta Mitchell, who represents TTV is an awesome lawyer. She's not going to roll over.
when this turns up nothing - as will it inevitably won't- how many of you will accept that finding?

And when it turns up wrong doing will you be willing to accept it?
