judgement

Thing is Joe, salvation isn't up to the individual unless the individual is Christ. Acceptance of the gift of salvation is an individual decision, and the process is personal.

But having done so, if a Christian believes they are anything but Heaven bound then they missed the message of the cross. Christ removed all sin. There is no sin a Christian has or will commit before they die, that hasn't already been paid for, forgiven, and removed once and for all. There simply is no sin left to be judged or punished for.
Hebrews 9:26
Otherwise Christ would have had to suffer many times since the creation of the world. But he has appeared once for all at the culmination of the ages to do away with sin by the sacrifice of himself.

Romans 8:1 - "There is, therefore, now, no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit."

We are like Him. Dead to sin. Not it's temptation, but it's condemnation and death penalty.

Romans 6:9-11 For we know that since Christ was raised from the dead, he cannot die again; death no longer has mastery over him. 10 The death he died, he died to sin once for all; but the life he lives, he lives to God.

11 In the same way, count yourselves dead to sin but alive to God in Christ Jesus.

Not to the temptation of it, but the condemnation of it. Satan has nothing to condemn you for. And Christ refuses to condemn us.
So what would keep a Christian from Heaven? Nothing, surely not sin that Christ eradicated.
In fact most of Romans explains the guilt and condemnation Paul felt under the Law, and the lack of guilt under Christ.
If there is anything Christians should understand it's propitiation, and it's results.
Worrying that you may not be sin free "enough" to make it to Heaven, is condemning yourself, and nullifying Christ's work.

Maybe this explains it better:
Romans 8:1 - No Condemnation
