However, whatever she signed with the brother-husband....that will be dragged up and could be used to drag her in front of a judge. In the normal House operations...a conviction of some type would have been enough to dismiss her as a Representative. Right now, I doubt if Pelosi has the guts to bring this up.

Its not racist to wonder how she got into the country. From what I've read fake names were used when asylum was granted.
