Kari Lake election challenge "fizzles" at second day of trial

I recently re-read “The Communist Manifesto” written by Karl Marx in 1848.

What I read was a bit shocking. Marx had “10 planks” that this evil manifesto was based upon and he advocated the use of any means to accomplish these socialist goals including violent revolutions. The planks are listed bellow, followed by my comment on how it applies to America today:

Steven Newman/Donna Calvin isn't Karl Marx, sweetie.

Yeah, I have been watching live too.

Cool, so I said:

"Even their signature expert yesterday (Erich Speckin) admitted on cross examination that he didn't compare or perform signature matching on a single ballot from 2022.

His testimony centered on time interval between click, not signature analysis."

You called me a liar. So I provided the links to the trial videos so please provide the time stamps showing were I lied.

#1 While Erich Speckin was on the stand, the vast majority of his relevant testimony (meaning excluding time establishing his credentials under questioning by the plaintiff's lawyer) was concerning a data download from Maricopa Country which pertained to keylogging software capturing timestamps of "clicks" and the interval of time between clicks for record advancement.

How is that not true?

#2 At no time did the plaintiff present before the court signatures comparisons of postal or early voting envelopes from the 2022 election and showing an invalid signature. This wasn't done by any of the plaintiff's counsels, not by the signature verification witness, and not by any witness called by this point in the proceedings. As a matter of fact it was yesterday afternoon on cross examination where he specifically said he didn't compare any signatures. (That would be in the Day 2, Part 2 link previously provided.)

How is that not true?

No she didn't.

I've watch both days of trial so far and the plaintiff presented NO examples of signatures not matching.

Even their signature expert yesterday (Erich Speckin) admitted on cross examination that he didn't compare or perform signature matching on a single ballot from 2022.

The bulk of his testimony centered on time interval between clicks, not signature analysis of actual postal and early voting envelopes.

Huh?

We've seen the "example" of that posted several times here.

You'd think that would be front and center evidence. Assuming it's real.

#1 We aren't talking "here" we are talking about at trial.

#2 Can you link to the post or image presented here or at trial of 2022 general election images please.

I don't care. What I posted is reality. Ask yourself how you can have a rightwing dictatorship, AND a leftwing dictatorship.
Whatever. I'm just pointing out that most people aren't defining "rightwing" the way you apparently are.
You can't.

There is dictatorship on the left, and anarchy on the right. Those ARE the political opposites.

As represented by the Democrats and Republicans in the US, the right and left are just two sides of the same statist coin. The left wants to control how you spend your money, the right wants to control how you procreate. The left wants to control what pronouns you use and the right wants to control what drugs you eat.

They're both very eager to use the power of the state to control people. They just have different pet peeves.

Lots of people following this important case. This is how this legal website described yesterday's proceedings:

"Kari Lake, a former television-news anchor and failed Republican gubernatorial candidate in the 2022 Arizona elections, has been fighting in court to prove that the governor's race was stolen from her.

The witnesses she called to testify on her behalf, though, did little to strengthen that case at trial. Rather than showing that Arizona did not verify signatures on 2022 mail-in ballots — the sole remaining claim in Lake's stolen-election case — multiple witnesses this week seemed to prove just the opposite. Lake's team has already rested its case, meaning they've presumably presented all available evidence of an allegedly stolen election.

As far as evidence goes, it wasn't much. More than six months after losing the 2022 governor's race to Democrat Katie Hobbs, Lake still claims mail-in ballot signature verifiers “systematically failed to comply with the law" by allegedly not conducting signature verification, resulting in the wrong person occupying the governor’s office.

The phrasing alone shows the author doesn't either like Katie or republicans in general. It's just a biased opinion piece anyway.

I take no stock in what that person wrote.

If MAGAts were told to believe that, you would go along with it, my friend.

God you're stupid, I'm not even supporting Trump. Racists, sheesh. Of course you can't name these things I agree with Trump supporters on because you just make your shit up and lie.

Now crickets is the sound of you listing anything you disagree with Democrats on

For those that want to actually deal with information presented at trial.

Day 3 livestream is up.

Scroll down at the link to the Lake case or use the search field. Then click the "Eye" icon in the right column.

LOL, gay or not, women can be just bitchy, LOL. If you have an actual point, let me know.

Here's one, name a plank of the Communist Manifesto Democrats consistently oppose, third request, you still got nothing, huh?
Why dont you post the Communist Manifesto ? Most folk will not be familiar with it.
