The Lake "expert" was one on handwriting analysis, not man/machine interactions, visual recognition times, mental evaluations, and then manual manipulations. A field commonly referred to as Industrial Engineering or Process Engineering.

How the citizens of AZ "feel" about the election are irrelevant in a court of law. The Judge makes a conclusion based on the law, not the "feelings" of a butt hurt citizen.

If a citizen doesn't like the election process, their recourse is to petition the legislature for changes for future elections. A method where one set of butt hurt feelings is weighed against legal standards and the feelings of others that the election process is in no need of change. That's how our laws work.
