What puzzles me deeply is, why if all these polls keep saying Kasich beats Clinton in an election, WHY ISN'T ANYONE VOTING FOR HIM?

Because he has been rejected by the voters. There are still those who believe that Republicans will vote for a republican. We know independents don't want him.
