You can't say it's over, because it never started for the Kasich Campaign.
If the GOP tries to hand him the nomination the Republican Party is finished.
He's the one polling the best in the general landslide. All indicators are he'd win in a landslide.
Sure, he can beat EVERYONE by a landslide, but only win one state.
Trump just won his own state New York by a larger margin than Kasich won Ohio, and he is the sitting governor.

One thing is for sure, no one would be excited to vote for the GOP establishment's choice. Losing 49 out of 50 states does not produce a plausible candidate.

Kasich is the "none of the above" candidate. He served that purpose well in NY.
Kasich survives financially because of Soros cash. That should tell you who wants him in there.... the Democrats. Kasich is either too dim or too ego driven to listen to good sense. One more reason he would make a lousy POTUS

Kasich serves a very important role in this nomination race.
He provides an alternative to a hardcore Christian conservative whose personality annoys even his political allies and an embarrassing, egotistical sideshow barker with questionable political allegiances.
