He was being chased and attacked by a pedophile and other violent felons who tried to steal his gun, and you say Kyle is at fault because he pointed his gun which he didn't do till they attacked. It's not even Christmas yet and the FRUITCAKES are coming out.

There's an op ed article talking about how politics is the focus of this trial....the Mayor himself is there with a stand in and the mayor's cousin is one of the detectives. Also that heavy pressure is being applied to the prosecutor's office to get a conviction.

There might might be some truth to the accusation that it is a political case. But with or without that insidious background and context, this case was and remains pure shit.

The criminals and other violent communists in the crowd act as they have done all across the US over the last year--they attack and single people for attacks. They try to instigate and when they can't goad someone into attack, usually one or two of their members will go ahead and attack others. Then the others join in the mob attack. They have attacked hundreds of people across the US using this same tactic.

I know of soldiers I served with in Vietnam that fired hundreds of rounds and never killed or wounded a Communist.
