The only unanswered question was if Finicum was shot before dropping his arm so that he lowered because he was hit -- and that question was answered, not by ".gov media," but by Shawna Cox's own phone, which proved conclusively that Finicum was not shot before "reaching" towards his vest.

But if you really want to know who is hiding from the truth, just take a gander in the mirror. Finicum was fleeing from police at 70MPH ... YOU were the one who claimed he wasn't going more than 40MPH.
