Laws I Would Enact in an Officially Christian United States Government

What exactly in that list promotes women being “cherished and treated like human beings”? You don’t need puritanical laws for that.

That wasn't a law. It was one of the guidelines I said should be taught in school in lieu of the sex education crap we currently have where they show middle school kids how to put on a condom. All this does is objectifies women and girls and causes them to be treated as sex objects, unworthy of commitment, then discarded. Schools handing out condoms is tantamount to the state giving its blessing to young unmarried teens having sex.

Jesus, who you say founded the church, talked about almost none of those subjects. Doesn't seem very Christian.
Jesus didn't address thermonuclear war, either. What makes you think he had to name every type of sin for it to be a sin?

Ok, but the stuff you *do* want to pass laws to ban are puritanical. You’d never get away with trying to ban weed, strippers, porn or swearing/sex/violence on television. People wouldn’t stand for it and it wouldn’t help women or anyone else anyway.

Hitler went bad once he abandoned his Catholicism for atheism. That's when he started his killing spree.
My point was that being raised in a strict Catholic household obviously didn’t help him become a moral person. Not even a little.

Families were a lot better off back when TV and movies were more moral. I think we can get back to that again. Many people will get fed up with the constant barrage of immorality.

If you don’t like it, don’t watch it. No one’s forcing anyone to do anything.

As long as we’re going back to the 50s, let’s be sure to also bring back the 90% tax brackets and strong union membership with the wages and benefits that came with it.

Afterall, those were two of the things that made the 50s (and America) great.

Hitler did renounce Christianity, but he wasn’t an atheist. He believed in Norse mythology and occultism. That’s religion.
Hitler's actions were of irreligion, regardless of his earlier words.

Atheism is a religion, too. So said the Supreme Court.

and you'll explain just how simply being Catholic makes one morally superior????

~S~
Being a practicing Catholic means you are doing your best to follow the teachings of Jesus and the Church that He founded. Calling yourself a Catholic, but disbelieving its teachings. like Joe Biden and Nancy Pelosi do, is meaningless. It's the same as being irreligious or atheist in effect.

The metoo thing is political leftwing crap. Phony outrage. If it were real, then Justin Fairfax, former AG of Virginia would have been forced to resign by the Democrats because of two separate credible allegations of RAPE by two different women.
No doubt Al Franken or Andrew Cuomo would agree.

Good thing Trump is in the GOP where 17 allegations of sexual misconduct are too few to worry about. Tell me again how women are NOT treated like disposable trash by the Right. I guess you don't think women should be cherished and treated as human beings instead of sex objects?

We are talking about morality laws that protected the family structure. We aren't talking about FDR-style Marxist crap. That was what ushered in the evil that we have today.
