Different courts made decisions for different reasons. The body of cases is too large to summarize in one quip.

What most MAGAs don’t understand is that very few cases alleged actual fraud. When they did allege actual fraud, the “evidence” was heard and often inadmissible or simply not actually evidence of fraud.
