Let’s not pretend conservatives are banning books in school libraries simply because of graphic sexual content

Unfortunately, there are two books called "Lawn Boy." This one seems to be either a celebration or a satire of American entrepreneurialism:

And this one, which is about a young boy having oral sex with a young boy friend:

Between the two, I'm guessing the liberals would object to the celebration of the free market.

A specific book has been mentioned several times in this thread, Gender Queer, which contains explicit images of an underage boy performing oral sex on another underage boy. I'm sure it's not the only example of such. This is one of the books that we on the right are being condemned for wanting to keep out of libraries and schools for access by young children.

Under what circumstances would you claim that it is in any way appropriate or acceptable for young children to be exposed to this sort of material?
Gotcha. What age group? Is this elementary, Jr high or high school. Also school or public library?

I could see that in a high school or public library. Don't see it appropriate otherwise.

Just stop, you're not clever nor funny. Damn dumbass noob

Ok that's helpful. What age group?

Doesn't belong in any Public schools funded by taxpayers. That's indoctrination, not education.

Seriously?

You think it is appropriate for material that explicitly shows minors engaging in sexual activities with one another to be made available to minors, even of high school age, and present in public or school libraries?

Used to be that was considered child pornography, and mere possession of it could get you a spell in prison, and a lifetime status as a sex offender.
