Our system of government does have a place to conduct or maintain society. Nobody could do without roads today. Government is the only entity that can be in charge of some things, but in other cases, they are not.

If done right a parade to honor our military would be long overdue. What i mean by done right is absolutely no politics involved.

Done right and done for a reason - reasons like celebrating victories, the end of conflicts, not politics. There are other ways to honor our military as well.

How is a 4th of July parade in our nation's capital inherently political? To a rational American it was a celebration of who we are, what we were, and just how much fun we'd all be having if so many of us didn't view America and our Prez through their mindless hatred.

All the stores here closed up after the blacks moved in, and I really miss them. But then again, I'm old fashioned and used to like shopping in person.

Now I am an Amazon customer because there is no place to shop unless I want to do a little driving. And when you drive for a living, the last thing you want to do is drive some more on the weekend.
