Actually, I'll be 30 years older than that tomorrow and the more that I have thought about it, the more that I choose to side with the cop. I totally get why he arrested the guy. Maybe the cop has grown sick of all that is thrown at not just himself, but everyone else who wears the uniform. Yes, finger flipping is small in the grand scheme, but the more that you allow the little things to slide, not only will them things be done more frequently, but more severe activity could also begin to happen next and maybe that right there is what the cop was trying to prevent.

Maybe the guy who had the handcuffs slapped on him wasn't raised thoroughly enough and so the cop stepped in and filled in what he considered to be empty blanks that never should've been left blank to begin with. Some people might consider filling in them particular empty blanks as an unnecessary occurrence, but maybe at the end of the day, a judge is who should have the final word on that, but when you really think about it, isn't that how a judge scores their own paycheck in the place? In other words, perhaps they should be thanking people who share that cop's frame of mind.
