Let's put aside the usual nonsense where liberals and conservatives take opposing views just because that is expected. I think the justice system is out of control, and I think everyone should be concerned about that.

-Get rid of clintons 3 strikes and you're spending 30 years in prison act. Make non-violent crimes a maximum of 15 years.
-Legalize pot and release all prisoners that are serving time for it.
-Idiotic laws that are just dumb. Well, get rid of them.
-Make community service a important part of paying society back for lesser crimes...DUI, store robbery, etc.Didn't pay your tickets.

Rubio would have an outside chance if Kasich is his VP. The better chance would be Kasich and Rubio. I think Romney would run even with HRC; it will require a draft at convention to get him. He won't make the deals with the far right, though.

Both sides act badly; that has been the curse of the post-Reagan years. The GOP thought it had a permanent majority, and the Bill Clinton showed them they did not, never would.

The Democrats feel every bit as proprietary as the Pubs about this. And that is not good for America.

95% of Americans don't realize that Jefferson's Democratic-Republics and Hamilton's Federalists hated each other as bitterly or more. The Feds jailed a congressman and several editors for their speech.

We have come a long way, and still have a very long way to go.
