Exactly! Mexico has a combination of political and law enforcement corruption, bribe taking and large drug cartels. When the people of this nation were oppressed by a foreign tyrannical government, the population didn't migrate out, they banded together and fixed the problem themselves by throwing out the tyrannical government.
