Logically, if Trump had paid Cohen monies for other activities and services - then that money would have been Cohen's for payment for those other activities and services - not Trumps.

Secondly, records show that the $130,000 used was from a Home Equity Loan obtained by Cohen for that purpose and did not come from Trump.

Unless your "Logic" is that my employer pays my salary, I use the salary to buy my home, and employer is the one that owns my home because they pay by salary. (OK, that's dumb logic, but it's the kind you are trying to use.)
