Dayam, that is one disjointed post.Trump would not use campaign money that has to be reported to keep silence. That never happened, he did pay for silence from the anal porn star who's Anus can be viewed by anyone now. Unlike Clinton he never raped the slutOf course there’s a problem there as the money to Clifford was of value to Trump’s campaign and went unreported. That presents the appearance of a violation of campaign finance laws.Sorry kiddy, the payment situation between Stormy and Cohen is exactly what lawyers do, so there is absolutely no problem for Cohen here, there might be problems for Trump, but zero for CohenEvery lawyer could be considered that Cohen could claim attorney client privilege and thus the fifth as well
#1 Attorney client privilege only covers communications when actually acting as an attorney. It does not cover non-attorney activities. Last month it was reveled of the first 300,000 documents seized from Cohen's electronic devices, only 162 fell into privileged communications.
#2 Attorney client privilege does not cover conspiracy to commit illegal activities like such as campaign-finance law violations, bank fraud, wire fraud, illegal lobbying, etc.
#3 Of course he can take the fifth, but as Trump said about taking the fifth: "“The mob takes the Fifth, If you're innocent, why are you taking the Fifth Amendment?”
A judge outlined exactly what qualifies as privileged in the Michael Cohen case — and almost nothing involves Cohen's work for his clients
Trump comments on Fifth Amendment resurface after Cohen filing

That leads to the question of did Trump know what the money was for and Michael Cohen knows the answer to that question.
But you do admit he paid to silence someone who sought to publicize a purported affair just weeks before his election. Even if you are too brain-dead to conceive this, that is of value to his campaign and is required by campaign finance laws to be reported.
Fortunately for Trump, it matters not what you or I say about his payoff to Clifford — what matters is what Cohen says about it. What did Yrump know and when did he know it?
