Well, the reason that Mueller referred it to a different jurisdiction is because is does not "appear" to be in his realm of interest. But once the information is gathered and analyzed....it certainly may be related.
Mueller is being very careful not to exceed his areas of responsibility. That is a good thing for him and not a good thing for Cohen and trump. I expect that both Cohen and trump are now sweating over what information the agents have found. I hope they do little or no talking. I expect someone will be listening....
