Michigan issues its first gay marriage license

It all comes down to this basic FACT:

You can't legislate or regulate MORALITY or IMMORALITY. Both are subjective.

Personally, I don't CARE if homos get married. It does not affect me, or anybody I know.

Gay marriage is a RELIGIOUS issue. Period.

The out-of-control divorce rate in this country CHEAPENS the sanctity of marriage. Gay marriage further cheapens the sanctity of marriage.

The "anything goes" attitude in this country started during the Clinton regime, and it has steadily picked up momentum.

I would like for it only to be a religious issue. The only way to do that is to get the state out of the picture.

Why on earth should a secular state sit in judgment over people and decide whether they should get married or not, and them give them state perks for their sexual orientation?

Very bizarre.
