Are the anti choicers willing to adopt those babies? Or pay more taxes to support them?
I am not a "anti-choicer!" I believe the unborn child should exercise the choice to live!
Which means youre opposed to choice, hostile to privacy rights, and seek to expand the size and authority of government at the expense of individual liberty.
As a fact of Constitutional law, the embryo/fetus is not a child, and not entitled to Constitutional protections, and retains no 'choice' (Planned Parenthood v. Casey (1992)).
Consequently, the right of the woman to decide whether to have a child or not is paramount, and may not be interfered with by the state.
Rather than seeking to ban abortion in violation of the Constitution, you should rather seek to end its root case, much of which is the ignorance you and most others on the right exhibit.
