More Americans have died from guns since 1970 than died in ALL wars

Too many pantywaists who were never in a real hand to hand war in their lives.
Makes them feel more like a man I guess.
I guess the old euro joke "all Americans need is to have the crap bombed out of them for weeks"
What ever you say, General

And that is a lie.

Gun murder by criminals doesn't even come close to the number killed in in war.

New Zealand has about 200 thousand gun owners.....they just made them into criminals. they have had these weapons on their island since they first were created, and now they had one mass shooting.......they turned normal, law abiding people into criminals over the act of one criminal......that is just stupid.

Guns don't increase the gun crime rate...as we have shown the world.......fatherless boys increase the gun crime rate, but you don't want to actually address that problem...

Over the last 26 years, we went from 200 million guns in private hands in the 1990s and 4.7 million people carrying guns for self defense in 1997...to close to 400-600 million guns in private hands and over 17.25 million people carrying guns for self defense in 2018...guess what happened...

Gun Homicide Rate Down 49% Since 1993 Peak; Public Unaware

Compared with 1993, the peak of U.S. gun homicides, the firearm homicide rate was 49% lower in 2010, and there were fewer deaths, even though the nation’s population grew. The victimization rate for other violent crimes with a firearm—assaults, robberies and sex crimes—was 75% lower in 2011 than in 1993. Violent non-fatal crime victimization overall (with or without a firearm) also is down markedly (72%) over two decades.

So what do Americans plan on doing about it, change something, or keep it business as usual?
For every person murdered with a gun in the US, >10 guns are used in self-defense.
For every person that commit suicide with a gun in the US, >4 guns are used in self defense.
For every person that die sin a gun accident, >145 guns are used in self-defense.
What, exactly, do you want to change?
You have quite an imagination. All those defenses and our homicide rate is over 4x higher than countries with strong gun control. Yeah you are arming lots of killers.

Our society wasn't impacted by World War 1 and 2 the same way as Europe, so the breakdown of the nuclear family happened earlier than in Europe...since fatherles boys drive the crime rate, not law abiding gun owners...but Europe is catching up, their social welfare state has reached the point that fatherless boys are now comitting more and more murder....

Guns don't raise the murder rate if they did the murder rate in my town would be sky high but there hasn't been one murder in my entire county in the 10 years I've lived here

Explain that.
Criminals with guns kill people. Lots of lawful ownership guarantees lots do unlawful and death.

Wrong...

The real number.....according to bill clinton's Department of Justice, doing research into gun self defense......Americans use guns 1,500,000 times a year to stop violent criminal attack and to save lives...This research was supported by barak obama when he had the Centers for Disease control in 2013 examine all research on firearms...they found that Americans use guns between 500,000-3,000,000 times a year...

So the real number...

over 50 years Americans have used guns Since world war 2.......75 million times to stop rapes, robberies and murders...which means that more lives have been saved by American civilians using their legal guns...than have been taken by criminals using illegal guns........

I'm sorry that facts hurt your feelings.
Wait... no I'm not.
All those defenses and our homicide rate is over 4x higher than countries with strong gun control
Look at you, offering the same post-hoc fallacy as always.
You don’t have facts bro. You have the results of surveys. Like the one that said hillary would win....

Our homicide rate is over 4x higher than countries with strong gun control. Now that’s a fact.

Wrong.....Britain had a low gun murder rate before they banned guns...and the rate spiked, then returned to the same level after they banned guns....

Meanwhile, in the U.S....

Like machine guns and bombs they should be heavily regulated.
