What's even more offensive is the idea that only slave labor is hard work, that people who work construction, in coal mines, in restaurants, or as a police officer, etc are not hard workers because they're compensated. What about terms like "nice hair" or "flowing". Not everyone has hair deemed "nice" or "flowing" and some races just don't grow the same type of hair. So insenuating that one persons hair is "nice" may be a microaggression against someone else.
