The problem with MSNBC is that it presumed that George Zimmerman was guilty. They emotionally held to that in spite of the fact that none of them were at the scene to witness what truly happened. Now they're left looking more than a little foolish because that string of thought they bound themselves to has become an anchor that's dragging them down into the muck of uncredibility. This is not the first time MSNBC has made a fool of itself by presuming guilt before the facts are laid out, nor is it the first time they've been overtly dishonest. Consider how MSNBC doctored photos and recordings relating to this trial in order to portray a false view of what was. Based on this and quite a few of their other unsavory actions, it's no wonder their ratings are abysmal.

In short, serious injury refers to the woman, not the fetus.

The reality is, babies under one month old were not counted in censuses of the people. Even that was considered too iffy a proposition when you had an infant mortality rate of upward of 50%.

I just used a common version of the Bible with the NIV translation. Why did the Bible even mention a "pregnant" woman if the unborn child wasn't to be referenced?

Well, obviously, to inidcate that a MATERIAL loss was made to the father, but it wasn't as serious as murder, hense why no more serious issue than a fine.

When Zimmerman walks the meme will be the prosecutors over reached with Murder 2 and could have gotten a conviction on something else.
It isn't true. It isn't even possible. Both crimes have the same standards that must be met.

And..................for that matter, you saw how bald Zimmerman was at the time of the shooting, and he'd claimed that Trayvon was slamming his head into the ground....................so why was there none of Zimmerman's DNA under Trayvon's fingernails?

Quick question.....................if Zimmerman pulled the trigger why was his DNA not found on the trigger?

And.....................for that matter, why was Zimmerman's prints not on his own gun?

And......................for that matter, how did those injuries occur on Zimmerman if Trayvon wasn't slamming his head on the concrete (please give evidence, not your opinion)?

....................so why did they only use two swabs to try and collect DNA under Trayvon's fingernails?........................why did they not store it properly?..............Big question...............Do they have any evidence you can substantially show that Trayvon didn't start the fight????????????...............so why does Trayvon not have any injuries other than gsw if Zimmerman threw the first punch?........why is Zimmerman's blood on the right cuff of the sweatshirt worn under that famous hoodie???????????
