Agreed. My point, my frustration, is that we still have plenty of progress to make on race relations without creating new problems. And there are plenty of people who have a vested interest in blowing up every opportunity to keep the divisions there. As a result, we dilute the problem with noise.

This is an example of that, and it's making a problem worse.

The police are the worst profilers of young black kids. It's happening in NYC. It's happening in Florida. Not only do they get stopped and frisked, they get blown away.

That's part of the problem with the "Stand Your Ground" law. Because it empowers private citizens to do the same thing.

This whole scenario was predicted by opponents of the law.

Martin had 2 small cuts in his hands.

And NO DNA from Zimmerman.

Had he grabbed Zimmerman's skull, placed his hands over Zimmerman's bleeding mouth and nose and reigned blows on Zimmerman's face there would have been more damage to Martin's hands and way more DNA transference.

The Forensic Pathologist testified that the "fight" could have had as little as three blows.

Everyone has testified that Zimmerman's injuries were slight.

That's hardly evidence that Zimmerman, who ran into a dark courtyard after a kid who he thought was armed, was in fear of his life.

And ample evidence that the Victim, Martin, had a reasonable fear of a man in pursuit of him and that he was reaching for a gun.

1) ME testified capillaries were intact under hand wounds. No bleeding. No one testified Martin's own blood was under his nails.

2) A single blow to the head could kill or cause great bodily injury. Blows on hard surface elevates the probability

That is so horrible!

Anyone could have predicted that at some point a white person would end up blowing away some black thug, and then all the race pimps and anti-gunners like you would go into Jihad mode to have the law repealed.

It couldn't be more obvious that this is a lynching for propaganda purposes, and Zimmerman is the goat. The only problem is that the evidence is so overwhelming that he's innocent.

15 seconds after Zimmerman shot Martin, the police arrived.

Zimmerman knew they were coming.

After he bagged his prey, he instructed the first guy he talked too, not to call 911..because he had already done so.

Why would Zimmerman murder someone if he knew the police were coming? Furthermore, that would indicate premeditation. No one in the lynch mob can believe that Trayvon was a common thug who enjoyed violence for its own sake, but they are so eager to believe that Zimmerman hunted down and murdered a kid in cold blood that he didn't know and called the police beforehand.

Any rational person would see a problem with the above logic.
