2 people, a white guy saying the prosecution wasn't doing a good job and a black man saying people believe a black kid can't get justice.

MSNBC was critical of Obama in the debates and the right used that as proof Obama would lose.

Let's stick with the evidence. This is what happens when you judge things based on emotions.

The evidence looks good for Zimmerman.

How so? The medical examiner said the injuries were minor and no where near life threatening.

Apparently you've never whacked your head on a frig door or something of that nature. It always feels really awful and I would imagine getting your head pushed against the pavement would far, far worse. All Zimmerman would know is that he is in pain due to the repeated poundings. If someone causes you that kind of pain, of course you feel threatened. Who stops to think that maybe it won't be life threatening. It might well feel that way at the time and be enough for a person to instantly strike back. Sounds like Zimmerman wasn't much of a fighter and his only defense may have been the gun. Has anyone here ever been beat up? I'm just curious if anyone can describe how it feels and what they'd do if they weren't strong enough to fight back. What if you did have a gun under your coat and you knew the person beating you spotted it?

I haven't heard any evidence that Zimmerman is the type who would hurt anyone. He was described as being more meek and not aggressive. Martin sounds like he was the opposite and I doubt that either of them ever imagined how it would end that night. I believe at this point that Martin circled around and confronted Zimmerman and picked a fight. He was a smart ass kid ready to get into a fight with a guy who probably didn't seem too threatening. Martin clearly wasn't scared of him or he would have just kept going back to the house where he was staying. Even if Zimmerman had been chasing him, he could have outrun him no problem.

It sucks that this happened, but there doesn't always have to be a bad guy, just bad judgment on both their parts at different times.

And......................for that matter, how did those injuries occur on Zimmerman if Trayvon wasn't slamming his head on the concrete (please give evidence, not your opinion)?

....................so why did they only use two swabs to try and collect DNA under Trayvon's fingernails?........................why did they not store it properly?..............Big question...............Do they have any evidence you can substantially show that Trayvon didn't start the fight????????????...............so why does Trayvon not have any injuries other than gsw if Zimmerman threw the first punch?........why is Zimmerman's blood on the right cuff of the sweatshirt worn under that famous hoodie???????????

Actually, the DNA expert said that there was plenty of Zimmerman's DNA on the gun, but there was nothing on the weapon that could be traced back to Trayvon.

Did you actually watch the trial, or did you get the Cliff's notes from FAUX Nooze?

But he won't. But he will have to live with the fact he shot and killed a young man for no good reason.
