Muslims In America.. The "peaceful Muslims"

The Q'uran is arranged in a fashion that lent itself to memorization for recital to illiterate hordes, not to dig deeper. Organizationally, it is a train wreck, even though many Muslims can't bring themselves to admit as much. Amazing, what centuries of rationalization over a flawed work can do to re-position the beast in the minds of the faithful.
You remind me of the art critic that when confronted with a piece of art he doesn't understand.

He will declare the masterpiece flawed and not worthy.

And yet, the beauty of the Quran has not only endured, but has flourished all over the world.

You remind me of an idiot who throws elephant shit at a wall & calls it art.

Coming from a Satan worshiper means nothing.

Do you know there are some Christians who see the trinity as a metaphor. See Jesus was an anointed man of God, not God, he worshipped God and said God is a spirit. So we are Christians as we follow our prophet Jesus, and the glue that holds us to God, is the HS in us. Really the whole meaning changes once you realize Jesus was a man of God and we not to worship him , but emulate him.

I find the Muslims more monotheistic than Jews, because we must remember some of the Jewish Kings would build altars to pagan Gods and worship them and give sacrifices to them. King Solomon for just one example comes to mind. So they believed in other Gods, as I'm aware also some tribes of Arabs or Muslims believed in more than one God and they fought amongst themselves.

Ouch. Sorry man.
I had worked as a department supervisor at a high tech factory for 5 years.

No one there knew that I was a muslim because I wore regular American clothes at work and the topic of religion never came up.

A new mosque was built right down the street from the factory and people started seeing my car in the parking lot on fridays. Which is the congregational meeting day in Islam. So it finally got around that I was a muslim.

For 4 years I always received stellar annual work reviews and a nice hourly pay raise.

But that 5th year, (when I was identified as a muslim), my work review was rated substandard......no raise.......and 45 days later I was terminated. ... :(

There are two levels of community at work in your story. One is at the factory level - you're doing your job well and a business is simply nothing more than a profit making enterprise, hence your religion is immaterial to the issue. On a different level, businesses are more than just profit making enterprises, they're components of society and society is unified by common principles and here Islam is not valued nor wanted by your community.

You have yourself shared your view that Westerners have no business being involved in the Middle East, that those lands are reserved for Muslims. Well, you're experiencing the same here in America. Our traditions and laws were designed for Christian variation in faith and no one imagined that America would be inviting Mohammedans into the midst.

Lastly, and perhaps even most importantly, you illustrate why employers are reluctant to hire women and minorities into positions. When a white man is fired from his job it's understood that he was fired because his job performance wasn't up to par or because he pissed someone off. When a woman or a minority is fired they always claim that they were fired for being a woman or minority and never because of their job performance of because as an individual they did something to piss off their employer.

Employers find it easier to work with white men because white men can take being fired without causing all sorts of discrimination headaches for employers.

If someone ever tried to put bacon on my burger there would be hell to pay!! ....... :Boom2:

But no one is going to have a violent outburst and scream at you for saying you don't want it. The employee at KFC, a Muslim, totally freaked out and started screaming at a customer who didn't realize that the KFC went to shit and no longer served anything that wasn't halal.

All those threats over bacon.

And organized haphazardly and according to length, rather than chronology, if memory serves correctly. An asinine way to configure a foundational work.
The Quran is arranged in a manner which forces the reader to dig deep into it's eternal message.

Whereas, the Bible is laid out in a chronological linear fashion that reads like a novel.

The verses in the Koran that were ripped off from the OT and other religions bear little resemblance in context or meaning to the originals. No, the insipid psychotic gibberish in the Koran is not similar to the OT at all, and neither are the rip-offs of Zoroastrianism and the other religions. The Koran is insane juvenile gibberish, nothing religious about it.

Zoroastrian is in the OT. why 2 different versions in Gen? Do you know who the gardeners were, the Persians. Good and evil, angles, all Zoroastrian, when the Jews lived with the Persians in Babylon.

You do not see any resemblance between the OT and Quran? Really, I find that so surprising. I have only read the Quran out of curiosity, but I have to say, its harder to read, not like a novel, but a lot of the same basic ideas. ON a plus side to the Quran they have respect for Jesus and see him as a prophet, and respect for the virgin Mary who is nothing but a whore to the Jews, different story but still respectful.

Did you know that the name Allah comes from an old name for their moon god?

Yes did you know Abraham use to also worship the moon God?
Before the one true God called him.

The one true God called him.

Now the one true God, how do we know who the one true God is? See in the OT its one God , that Abraham believes in, but then you go to the NT and then say God is the Father, Son and Hs, 3 persons in one.
Who was King Cyrus's God? Remember he was an anointed man of God and God of the Jewish Bible gave him all the nations of earth. Who was Kings Cyrus's God? It was not Yahweh.
Go back to Genesis 1; 3, God said"Let us make man in our image." A reference to the Trinity which clearly dhows Jesus being present at creation. One God thru whole Bible.

Yes that is how I was taught for years, but ask a Jew what that means, I don't believe that they see Jesus there, after all it is their book. I am not Jew nor Muslim but Christian due to being brought up in a Christian way of life, I imagine if I were brought up in a Muslim home, I'd be Muslim. What it all comes down to though, it really doesn't matter , as everyone thinks their God is the best God, so believe what you want , but who are you to mock the Muslim beliefs without at least trying to understand their views and history, and there is a huge difference between Jews and Christians, and between Jews, and many different Christians sects. The problem with all religions are the fanatics, who believe they are the only right ones, and intolerant of others beliefs.

The New Testament teaches one God in three persons.
Which is pure polytheism. ....
Coming from a Satan worshiper means nothing.

You remember bullshit... I don't know what brand of "Christianity" you follow must be a Jew hating version. Maybe white supremacists?

Your right, I am not a fan of Israel or Zionist. You call me a white supremacist (whatever that is( and you have Guns and Moses on your Avatar. Your what a Jew living in American?

Wrong. You obviously have never read the Bible. Jesus is the Son of God. Like I said ,quite entertaining.

He is A son of God, we are children of God.

You're wrong again..Jews are very "tolerant" of others beliefs, Judaism is for Jews, we don't proselytize like Christians, or force conversions like too many muslims would like.
