Muslims in Georgia

Holy batshit crazy batman. Freedom of religeon is dead and stinking in Georgia. Yes boy blunder.

Never mind Georgia!

How about this? hmm????

for all the Islamic apologists????

What does Saudi Arabia have to do with American citizens? Nothing. We are a pluralistic country of multiple religions and a foundation built on freedom of religion. We have no control over Saudi Arabia and what Saudi Arabia does has no bearing on how WE treat our religious groups. So lets please stop this sillyness.

You deliberately choose to ignore reality.

Regrettably allowing Islam to do whatever it likes in its quest of jihad is a disastrous step as it merely demonstrates submission and a naive denial of the truth. You obviously are in a complete and utter state of submission, which is exactly what Islam requires of you.

You have a very strange one sided view of Islam - as we all know - and seem in complete denial regarding its danger.

The evidence suggests that you may in fact be working for some Islamic organization - as others have suggested - as your posts on the subject are so ridiculously one sided.

Fortunately, I live in the United States of America, and our Constitution protects our citizens from the excess' of fearful xenophobic bigots.

Yes, Democracies like the US even protect enemies of the State, and those enemies use that to their advantage.

Oh. So American Muslims are now "enemies of the State" ?

Time and time again fundamental Islamists whether they call themselves Americans or just refer themselves as Muslims have been proved to be enemies of the State.

Exactly who are talking about here?

Muslims in Georgia announced a town meeting with the purpose of building a Muslim-only cemetery, an Islamic school, and yet another mosque

"The Express reports that the non-Muslim majority responded to the proposals by marching on the town square with firearms in tow to not only protest the construction of the Islamic facilities but also to demonstrate the American freedoms that are opposed by Islamic fundamentals and outlawed under Sharia law.

Newton County Muslims were apparently so appalled at the peaceful demonstration that they immediately called off the town meeting over a proposed mosque and attached religious school."

so wrong
so right
so wrong
so right

people have been heard. This is what democracy is about

as long as it stays peaceful

Now is there a compromise of a church donating space on Fridays for prayer or letting them use a hall for feeding the homeless when not serving food? Park gazebo? Maybe even a synagogue could rent or offer space at certain hours or on Fridays? Make it open to the public so the community knows what is happening in a mosque and what is being sermonized so they can understand and learn to have less objections? Find ways to integrate into the community instead of being isolated and treated with suspicion? Have community forums where by modifications to the misuse of sharia can be discussed and reform might be implemented? Christians, jews, etc. are subject to state and federal law above their religious laws and beliefs. Find a way for muslims in the community to conform as well. Teach them to understand they are american's first and muslims second.

"...appalled at the peaceful protest..."???

Armed locals marching on you is hardly a "peaceful protest". Moe like villagers wielding pitchforks.

fewer and fewer churches except qatar, they finally build a big beautiful one

With heavy restrictions. "Qatar's first Christian church has no cross, no bell and no steeple."

First Catholic Church Opens In Qatar, Sparking Fear Of Backlash Against Christians

Looks like a convention center.

Joel Olseen $10,5 million church has no cross.
Church of Christ churches don't display crosses
Stesples are from the 18th C and are now going out of fashion
Bells began in the 4th C are being outdated and many consider it noise pollution.

If they are not necessary in the US or europe any more, why should Qatar be "required to have them?

We're talking about a Catholic church moron. Here's what a modern CATHOLIC church looks like. Notice steeple, bells and cross. You're not very bright - or maybe just dishonest.

“We have done a lot of church designs, but we haven’t done a steeple design in 15 years,” Landhauser says.

Today, he says, people want their church to look comfortable and inviting, “more like a mall.”

Modern church no steeple no bell

several churches that lot their steeples in '05 and '11 choose to not replace them.

Church does not need steeples or bells.

want a bell.....

stand outside the church door

Open air or tent masses don't need steeples or bells.

People can pray any place

mass can be held in warehouse, basement, on top of a hill, where ever you want.

From the very same group: St Patrick's Catholic Church. Notice bell tower and cross.

The point is Qatar would NEVER allow steeple, bells and cross. Until you find me one in Qatar, piss off. You're just a shill for a very ugly religion and culture.

Would you rather no church or christian praying in the back of the mosque?

It is their country and the church is for foreigners not it's own citizens.

They were not required to build a church of any kind let alone one so big.

Can't force your religion on another country.

Inside does not have a cross either just an image of Jesus which in itself goes against islam.

Not up to you to tell any country or church what they have to have in on or around their church even in your home town.

If it is your church and you are the architect or priest and you have a permit, you can make the decisions. Otherwise............

As for Saudi, on aramco base/town there are churches but no bells or crosses.

If you live elsewhere or outside a foreign compound, you can't wear a cross, carry a bible, talk of your religion or pray. Their land, their laws. They could just ban all foreigners that are not muslim.

You can't force them to change their laws or beliefs, that is why it is their's and not yours.

Christians and jews used to live in Saudi, but they warred on the muslims.
Christians used to live with muslims in other lands, but again they tried to dictate and war on the muslim rulers. When they did live in relative peace they often broke the laws and tried to build churches higher than mosque or didn't get permits to make repair and modification. Instead of being equals and protected citizens, the christians tried to be the superiors and ignore the rulers and laws.

Muslims try to do that in the US today and it does not go over well, or most other countries. Their laws from their old lands or religious laws don't supersede state laws.

We have freedom of religion but that does not mean religion makes to rules over the country or to disobey our laws.

You want other countries to allow churches but you are asking them to change their laws and religious beliefs.

One church and with heavy restrictions. That's hardly freedom of religion is it.

Find any steeples and bells yet?

GEORGIA: In a state that has banned the wearing of face-concealing hoods, Muslim student fights for the right to wear a face-concealing Islamic hood…and WINS!

Which means we lose another small slice of our country. There must be a lot of Liberals moving to Georgia. Assimilation isn't something Islam wants. What they want is to conquer our country and transform it into an Islamic state. And with apologists like we find coming out of universities (and in this forum), they're achieving some success.

20 I already stated that.

Any slight variation is doing nothing to stem the tide of global Islamic terrorism. They all say the same thing. And it's more like 7, not 20.

No one said other countries have freedom of religion. In Islam there is no compulsion of religion. You don't have to believe in Islam, does not mean you get your own church or forced to convert to Islam.

Qatar is not the US
