Hail to the Fourth of July!

Several of our family and many members of our friends and the clan served in WWII, several of whom became members of the Navajo Wind talkers, valiant warriors for America.

You didn't have to be genetically a native to be a member of many tribes. Few tribes are genetically 'pure', and many have members whose families have been members for many generations that don't have a drop of native blood in them.

One example is John Ross, Cherokee Chief, was 7/8 Scotch; he is also one of the thieves who got many Cherokee killed on the Trail Of Tears when he and other chiefs stole the millions of dollars and all the supplies President Jackson gave them to relocate with, then refused to move, causing the tragedy that followed.

Many tribes had black members, and now some are trying to expel their black members.

Nearly all of them practiced torture for sport and family entertainment , so no need for any pity parties for the majority of them anyway.
