Sorry Mac, but those of us that have been here for a long time remember a TOTALLY different Mac. You claimed to be an independent and never really committed to one side or the other. You always stayed in the middle of the road. I used to give you shit about how uncomfortable it must be to constantly be straddling that fence.

I don't know how anyone could believe we are not in a massive bond bubble. One which dwarfs the subprime bubble.

It should be a bond bubble, but there's a disconnect somewhere. Even with unemployment this low, there's still not enough juice in the economy to pop the bubble.

I think the key to the popping of the bond bubble is the velocity of money. Amazingly and inexplicably, it's still sluggish. I don't get it.

GDP divided by money supply....what a useless statistic.

I have no PROBLEM with the new Mac, that's certainly your right to be whoever you want to be.

But I don't think many standards here have changed. This place has been a knock down, drag out, free for all ever since I can remember. You have to have some pretty thick skin to participate.
