You read this stuff and you think, "how could the FBI, DOJ, and the Obama administration do this?" It's so far removed from the policies and principles that our judicial system is based on; there was and is absolutely no justification for this other than for political purposes. It is horrifying, sickening, and should not be tolerated and those responsible should be prosecuted if sufficient evidence exists that would stand up in court. I am hoping that when Durham finally releases his investigation results that those involved, up to and including President Obama himself, are publicly castigated for their part in this fiasco.

I don't think so. The failure to turn over documents was that Flynn's first attorney hadn't turned over everything (and no indication it was deliberate, it was a small number of things).
There was no "false setting up" - Flynn had already lied, which was what caught their attention. He was offered a lawyer. He chose to lie. He pleaded guilty twice. He said up front he wasn't tricked.

No, the DOJ had denied Flynn his Brady rights by refusing to hand over numerous items to his new defense team.

The WH memos from the time show clearly that the FBI intended to mislead Flynn so he would not bring a lawyer or notes and they could get him in a perjury trap.

But Van Grack’s removal came just days after Fox News reported that explosive, newly unsealed evidence documenting the FBI’s efforts to target Flynn — including a top official’s handwritten memo debating whether the FBI’s “goal” was “to get him to lie, so we can prosecute him or get him fired” — called into question whether Van Grack complied with a court order to produce favorable evidence to Flynn.​

Since February 2018, Van Grack — who now heads the DOJ’s Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) unit — has been obligated to comply with D.C. District Court Judge Emmet G. Sullivan’s standing order in the Flynn case to produce all evidence in the government’s possession “that is favorable to defendant and material either to defendant’s guilt or punishment.”​

The other really bad thing about this is the media; all types, from print to TV to the internet, every freakin' outlet should be all over this. Condemnation should be universal, and yet it isn't. The Deep State went after Flynn with no justification at all, AND THEY KNEW IT AT THE TIME. But they did it anyway, for political purposes and that fucking sucks. And recent documents prove it but STILL most of the MSM isn't pushing the story. And that ain't right. You can bet your ass they would if it was Bush or Trump, that's all we'd hear about all day and every day. And that ain't right either. So, here we are with major problems to resolve but we cannot trust the gov't and pretty much all of the media.
