Excellent point, he told the jury to consider a peck on the cheek as battery which is not altogether true legally. The other part of the definition of battery is intent. If you are arguing with someone and you even touch them while angry, you can be booked for battery. And that explanation assumes the battery didn't happen almost 30 years ago with no real evidence. No mark, no video, no nothing except 2 'friends' that she told.

This is the first time he’s been credibly accused of rape. Avana said that he beat and raped her after the plastic surgeon she recommended botched his hair plug operation. It’s in their divorce.

She refused the withdraw the accusation saying “It wasn’t his best day”.
