The second case wasn’t a “win”. The Supreme Court refused to rule. And when it did, he lost the fight to exclude illegals in the census. Added to which it was a government case not a Trump case.

Well since E J Carroll's going to lose her case on appeal, we can't count that as a win either. It took awhile for Johnny Depp to get back at what's her face, and it may take awhile for Trump to do the same with that nasty gold-digging whore.

There was a lot of evidence. There were witnesses, and there was also Trump’s own words that he had the right to assault anyone he wants.

In any trial where the credibility of the witnesses are on trial, Trump loses because he has NO credibility. He lies as easily as he breathes.
